The survey scripting software we use is WebSurveyCreator; market-leading software used by many large corporations as well as smaller companies world-wide.

A large number of key question types are available as central features of the software - allowing for quick programming and economical surveys. We also programme using Javascript, giving the power and flexibility to create more complex questions, or to customise the survey to your particular requirements.

We offer question formats that maintain respondent interest such as image ‘drag and drop’ choices, slider rating scales, as well as complex survey design including Choice-Based Conjoint, Max Diff and SIMALTO question sets.

We also offer the option to conduct surveys offline, using an app for iPad or iPhone. This is a good alternative for mobile interviewing in remote areas, or where the WiFi connection is unreliable (for example in hospitals, on the street, in conference venues etc.)

As we are highly experienced in the market research industry, we can also assist with questionnaire development. We will advise you if we feel improvements can be made or if complications may occur within a questionnaire.
